Today, there are two bigger warehouse buildings in the Liiva Centre complying with modern requirements: a 5 300 sqm terminal building and a 44 000 sqm main warehouse. A third, bigger tall warehouse with up to 20 000 sqm of internal area is being developed. In addition, there are some smaller warehouses and a separate office building.

The advantages of the Liiva Centre are:

Rental offers for the warehouses are in the main building of the Liiva Centre – heatable warehouse premises starting from 500 sqm with office and restroom premises. If you wish to store goods in smaller quantities in the Liiva Centre, please contact directly the service provider of warehouse services, Estonia Logistics OÜ. If you need in addition to the warehouse office bigger office premises, we are offering these in the separate office building.
